Egg intake automation
Safe egg treatment is essential for maintaining the quality of valuable hatching eggs. By automating the egg intake process, the quality of these eggs is consistently ensured.
Handle hatching eggs with the utmost care to reduce labor, improve efficiency, and produce more first-class eggs.
Enhancing hatchability rates and improving chick uniformity and quality are key goals for every hatchery. Eggs are the most valuable assets in hatchery operations, so handling them with the utmost care is crucial. Automated solutions not only ensure consistent and safe handling of eggs but also reduce labor and increase job satisfaction.
Product Manager
No reliable hatchability rates if the egg inspection isn't done perfectly. Placed horizontally on egg rollers, the hatching eggs can be thoroughly inspected for any misshapes, cracks or defects. A 360-degree view of each egg makes it easier to identify and remove poor-quality eggs.
Receiving hatching eggs with an automated process will bring consistency. Every single time, each stack is lifted, releasing one tray at a time in the correct orientation for seamless processing. Empty trays, whether plastic or paper 3-cell trays, are automatically removed. An additional sensor detects any eggs remaining in trays to avoid disruptions and ensure a continuous process.
