    System Loader

    Effortless transferring eggs from transport or setter trays to a hatchery intake line. Automated process ensures gentle, correct point down setting and reduces labour cost by 2-3 full-time equivalents.

    This automated system guarantees accuracy and efficiency. Each tray of eggs is carefully lifted using a vacuum lifter onto rollers, maintaining a horizontal position for optimal handling. With the ability to handle various tray types and patterns, including 30-cell trays and specific setter trays, the System Loader offers flexibility and high capacity.
