Empty tray stacker

Streamline labour with an automated removal of empty trays, for both plastic and paper 30-cell trays. Eggs remaining in trays are detected with an additional sensor to avoid disruptions and ensure a continuous process.

Automation and flexible

After the System Loader lifts the eggs from the tray, empty trays are directed to the empty tray stacker. This optional unit efficiently stacks 30-cell trays and releases them for seamless transport. The Empty tray stacker can buffer multiple stacks, holding up to 2 stacks at a time. The stack is automatically moved to the end of the conveyor for easy manual removal. Users can easily adjust the maximum stack height as needed. Additionally, it detects trays with eggs still left in the tray and removes this specific tray from the stack.
