Contactless sex classification

While the eggs remain 100% intact, they are scanned using MRI technology combined with artificial intelligence to analyze their internal structure on days 11 and 12 of incubation. This process classifies the eggs as female, male, or clear. With no human contact points during this automated process, only one operator is needed. This advancement not only reduces labour but also increases predictability, unlocking new levels of automation and efficiency.

'I'm most proud of the fact that on our first day of production, we literally placed two folding chairs in front of the line, sat down and just watched it run. And seeing that every single box has had all its chicks successfully hatch - I'm like WOW!'
