The Trolley Loader is designed to streamline hatchery operations with efficiency and safety in mind.

It allows for automatic loading of farm- or setter trolleys as an inline operation with the automatic egg packer of a hatchery line. The Trolley Loader is installed at the output side of the packer and places the full setter trays in the trolley, without any manual interference. Decreasing the physical strain on staff and lowering risk of injuries.

The Trolley Loader is available for multiple types of setter trays as well as in various configurations with the possible use of a side shift. The machine is built with stainless steel construction materials for minimal maintenance.
