    Manure conveyors

    Our manure conveyors are designed to efficiently transport manure from poultry houses to storage sheds, containers or further processing. With a focus on durability and reliability, the belts are available in many lengths and configurations to meet specific site needs.

    Manure Conveyor belts

    Traditional manure conveyors have a V-shaped design in a frame. Conveyors can be placed fixed or movable in a manure pit or on the floor. Also an incline can be mounted in the conveyor itself.

    Hercules Cross Conveyor

    The Hercules Cross Conveyor, is a flat manure belt where no need is for a manure pit. As the need for a manure pit is redundant the frameless conveyor belt can be installed in both new and existing houses. The stable can be fully enclosed so that no pests or draughts can enter through the exit holes. The Hercules Cross Conveyor is placed on top of the floor which make cleaning easier and safer.

    Booster Conveyor

    The manure conveyor drops the manure in the booster conveyor which brings the manure to the desired height or place. The booster conveyor can fill a container or a truck or bring the manure into your manure storage house.

    Manure removal at Avícola Larrabe

    Manure removal is carried out by conveyor belts, on all three levels. These transfer the manure to the Hercules Cross Conveyor, which removes the litter easily and safely out of the house without the need for a pit. In fact, they liked this method so much that they have closed the pits in other houses and installed Hercules systems in all of them.
