Nothing is more annoying than having a leaking egg spoil other eggs and the equipment. It takes time to stop the belt, remove the egg and clean it all. With the Meggsius Detect a leaking egg gets detected automatically and it will stop the egg belt and the packer’s infeed belt immediately. After removing the leaker and a quick wipe of the systems, the operator can simply push the signal button to re-start the process.

When Meggsius Detect is combined with Meggsius Select, data about the number of leakers can be collected and analyzed. Insights and trends will be visualized via Meggsius Connect.
