ECO Zero

The ECO Zero system brings a comfortable indoor climate to your poultry house, under all outside weather conditions. This provides optimal bird performance, increased productivity and less daily feed intake.

Healthy birds

ECO Zero is a maximum ventilation solution, meaning you don't need any other ventilation system. Depending on outside conditions, the system can provide cooling or heating of the ingoing air. The heat exchanger exchanges the heat from the warm air taken from inside the house with fresh air from outside. With the ECO Zero you create a perfect and constant climate in the poultry house, resulting in optimal bird performance.

Heating
Conditioned air from the heat exchanger is brought to the desired temperature with the integrated heater, before bringing it in the poultry house. This enables you to control the temperature and improve bird performance.

Cooling
Under warm weather conditions, incoming air can be cooled. The principle used is “indirect-evaporative-cooling". By evaporating water in the outgoing air stream, it cools the air down and the resulting cold is transferred to the incoming air. The incoming air itself is not humidified. This can result in a cooling up to 16 degrees.
