We are here for you
Greatly reducing the tiring work of handling stacks of trays, and pleasantly improves the daily egg collecting work. Operating independently, it connects with any suitable type of farm packer. The frame design is compact and matches various egg room lay-outs.
The Palletiser 110 receives stacks of six trays from an automatic stacker and places stacks onto a pallet. It can handle 40,000 eggs per hour on pallets, i.e. 110 cases, by lifting 4 stacks of trays in each movement. The capacity and functionality of the automatic palletiser perfectly matches the packing capacity of the Prinzen packer range starting from 25,200 (Prinzen 70) up to 39,600 (Speedpack 110). Suitable for plastic trays/dividers/pallets (ECS).
Product Manager
Introducing the Moison family, layer farmers from France, who introduced automation in their egg room with the Prinzen Speedpack and Palletiser 110.
“I used to have a lifting table, I had to carry each stack of trays, which hurt my back. That's why I definitely wanted to apply automation. With the Palletiser 110, trays are automatically stacked on the pallet, so I no longer have to lift the eggs myself.”
