Our egg-shaped Venco Campus in Eersel (NL) is not just our head office - it's our innovation hub for poultry farming worldwide. Sustainability, innovation, flexibility and transparency are at the core of this unique building.

The primary purpose of building the Venco Campus was to unite Vencomatic Group employees in one location. Over the years multiple locations were acquired to facilitate the growth of the group.

At the heart of our goal is the Venco Campus's role as a global hub of knowledge, research and innovation.

The Venco Campus contributes to maintaining the poultry sector's leading position in the world through cross-fertilisation. The building therefore features not only regular business facilities, but also presentation rooms, an auditorium and a showroom.

Sustainable approach

At the heart of Venco Campus lies a fundamental commitment to sustainability, expressed in every facet from design to functionality. Built according to the renowned BREEAM methodology. Compared to traditional buildings, Venco Campus is 3x times better insulated and uses 3x times less kWh per m2. This exceptional energy efficiency makes us almost energy neutral each year. In the autumn of September 2013, we were honoured with the BREEAM Outstanding certificate, putting Venco Campus in the spotlight as the most energy-efficient industrial building in Europe.
