Resting, Eating, Drinking and Laying: this aviary system integrates these basic needs in a unique porch structure. Hens have full freedom and easily move from one level to another as they would do in a tree, following their natural instincts.

Open structure

At the heart of the RED-L you’ll find the Vencomatic laying nest. The Vencomatic Nest offers a clean, sheltered place for the hen to lay her eggs, resulting in a high nest acceptance. The unique Vencomat in combination with the tipping floor ensures a smooth roll onto the egg belt. These components protect the eggs, preserving their perfect condition after lay. The RED-L is an open aviary system where the traditional nest is placed to a raised living level. The open structure ensures easy management, easy inspection and full freedom for the birds. The RED-L contains a large living surface within the system and a 100% availability of floor space.
