We are here for you
Automatically egg counting on each belt before the transfer to the central collection belt. 99.7% accurate counting, preventing double counting even when belts move backwards or in dark and dusty environments.
Using a reliable infrared camera system each egg is counted before it moves onto the belts gently transporting eggs into the collection rooms. When belts stop and slightly reverse it even deducts egg count ensuring double counting isn’t taking place. It also indicates how many eggs are the left and right side of the conveyor, which can help the operator to adjust settings. All is clearly visible on multi screens within the egg collection room.
Meggsius Count can be installed in all housing systems of Vencomatic and fits perfectly on Vencobelt and Pegagus or even belts from other brands.
When combining it with Meggsius Control, a fully autonomous egg collection process can be achieved, maximizing the consistency and increasing efficiency allowing for less labour. And when the collected data is also linked to Meggisus Connect, the data can help to further enhance operational processes and even give insights in bird conditions in the house.

Meggsius Count & Control provide more valuable data. This allows Koen and Annelies to see 24/7 from a distance how many eggs have been laid and their quality.
"Thanks to the data, we have better insight into this. We quickly see what we can improve."
