    Duck Nest

    Making automatic hatching egg collection possible, the Duck Nest increasingly reduces labour. While needing less manpower, the egg quality improves, and the operational costs will be reduced.  

    Ensuring egg quality

    The Duck Nest is made to be the most attractive place for waterfowls to lay their eggs. To make it a comfortable nesting place, the Vencomat is integrated. Furthermore, the Vencoslat will guide the ducks to the nesting place. In short, the nest is designed for the natural and unique needs of the waterfowls and there is no need for special bird training.   

    The moveable back wall is used to automatically expel the ducks from the nest after laying, preventing broodiness and keeping the nest clean. The eggs gently roll onto the central perforated egg belt, ensuring the quality of the eggs. Further automation is possible by using our Vencobelt.
